Michael C. Kane, Esquire graduated from the Wharton School of Business and Finance of the University of Pennsylvania Cum Laude in 1979. Mr. Kane received his juris doctor from the Washington College of Law of the American University in 1982 and commenced the practice of law specializing in business and real estate transactions. In 1984, he received an Ll.M in taxation from the Temple University School of Law. Michael has represented real estate developers, purchasers, sellers, lenders, borrowers, landlords and tenants for nearly twenty-five (25) years.
Michael has been a principal in a variety of projects from home building, land acquisition, development and financing. At present, Michael is the managing partner of 1515 Locust Street, which acquired a 10 story office building in Center City Philadelphia, and converted it to a mixed used condominium with fifteen (15) high-end residential condominiums, office and commercial space. Michael is currently the managing member of several other real estate ventures including approximately 110,000 square feet of flex space in Northeast Philadelphia and 70,000 square feet in Trevose, Pennsylvania. Michael is a principal in various other real estate ventures in and around the Philadelphia area, and he is the founding member of Synergy Properties LLC, an entity that acquires and develops different types of real property, in each case with the intent of adding value.
