Gregg J. Wallace, graduated form Syracuse University with a degree in Marketing & Finance. Mr. Wallace has been involved in multiple businesses involving the real estate industry over the past 10 years. Most recently, in 2001, Mr. Wallace founded AMA Financial, LLC. AMA Financial, LLC is one of the leading commercial mortgage-brokerage firms in the Mid-Atlantic region. AMA specializes in providing a broad scope of flexible and creative debt and equity financing options for all property types. Our mission is to meet the financial needs of our clients by providing innovative solutions combined with hands-on personalized commercial mortgage brokerage services.
In addition, Mr. Wallace has founded AMA Realty, LP, which is a real estate investment and development company that specializes in value add real estate opportunities. AMA Realty is located in Narberth, PA and specializes in creating value through redevelopment or repositioning of existing properties or land development opportunities. AMA Realty is currently involved in 11 projects from multifamily, retail, industrial and ground up construction.
